Students of University of Maiduguri: shiver, as they are made to carry a snake as part of their continuous assessment

Students of forestry and wildlife shiver in terror as they are made to carry a snake as part of their continuous assessment
A lecturer at the University of Maiduguri, UNIMAID, mandated his students to carry a snake for some seconds each in order to earn scores for their continuous assessment.

In a video shared online, the students of Forestry and Wildlife department can be seen dressed in green uniform as they stood in line, waiting for their turn to carry the snake and get their scores.
A woman can be seen shivering in terror as a man placed a snake in her hands. She carried the snake and walked a few steps to present to her lecturer. Satisfied, the lecturer can be seen writing in a book.
