Nigeria's Ambassador to Spain Chief (Mrs) Bianca Ojukwu has thanked the people of Anambra State for keeping alive the desire of her late husband Odumegwu Ojukwu that the state remained an All Progressives Grand Alliance,APGA controlled state. Bianca also congratulated Governor elect of Anambra State, chief Willie Obiano on his victory in the governorship election.
